First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Central Illinois S.B.

We are upgrading to a new core software system to provide an even better banking experience!

Our new system will go live on Monday, October 19th. Our branches will be closed on Saturday, October 17th, and online and mobile banking will be unavailable from 12:30 p.m. Friday, October 16th until 8 a.m. Monday, October 19th while we complete the conversion.

All customers will receive paper statements as of October 16th even if your account cycles on a different date. Your normal statement cycle will resume after the conversion.

There will be some changes to our debit card system after the conversion, and it may take longer for deposited or transferred funds to be available to use for debit card purchases.

Online and mobile banking improvements and new features:

One system, one sign in: Online and mobile banking will be integrated into one seamless system. There will no longer be separate logins for online banking and the mobile app.

External transfers: You can transfer between your First Fed accounts and your accounts at other banks.

Person-to-person (P2P): You can pay friends and family electronically by simply entering their phone number.

Mobile bill pay: full bill pay functionality will be available on the mobile app.

Notices & statements: In addition to eStatements, you can receive your notices and end-of-year tax statements electronically as well. You will receive emails to notify you when a new statement or notice is available.

Secondary user access: You can provide access to your online banking account to other people (like your CPA, wealth manager, or family members) and customize what they have access to.

Online and mobile banking will remain completely free after eStatement enrollment!
